How to request data deletion
Please email contact@sumersports.com with the subject line: Data Deletion Request.
To help us process your request, include:
- Your full name
- Your account email address
- A brief description of the data you would like deleted, if known
What data may be deleted
Upon review of your request, we will delete eligible personal data associated with your account and use of the SumerSports platform, as appropriate and permitted by law.
Data retention
Some information may need to be retained for legal, security, fraud prevention, compliance, or operational purposes. Where retention is required, the data will be retained only as necessary and handled in accordance with applicable requirements.
Processing time
We will review and respond to data deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe after verifying the request.
